High School Interns
Build confidence. Learn professional skills early.
The High School Internship Program introduces students to professional environments in a structured, supportive way. Interns build communication skills, learn workplace expectations, and gain early exposure to engineering, business, and technology careers.
This program is designed to help students feel confident—not overwhelmed—while learning how real work environments operate.
How the Program Works
Phase 2: Guided Experience
Students apply those skills through:
Teaching and classroom support
Light operational and creative projects
Observation and hands-on participation
Phase 1: Professional Preparation
Students learn:
How to communicate professionally
How to ask questions appropriately
Time management and accountability
Workplace norms and expectations
