Careers FAQ

When will my internship/job start?

Right now, we’re looking for our summer staff. We plan to start our preliminary interviews now.

After we have a few candidates (from all levels), we will host a secondary interview on-site, where we will have you interact with some of our students while learning more about how you perform in a teaching environment.

What are the hours?

Think of it like uber - we have shifts we need to work depending on the locations we teach at. You will be assigned a few camps to teach, along with another intern or two.

Expect to work 5-20 hours a week, depending on the locations.

Expect to work around the DFW metroplex. We will work our best to have schools close to where you live.

What roles are you looking for?

We’re looking for summer camp teachers. You will teach at our storefront and across the metroplex, depending on the camp you’re working with.

What is an ideal candidate?

An ideal candidate is great with students. They understand how to interact respectably, and also motivate them to perform their best.

An ideal candidate is inquisitive

An ideal candidate is a self-starter

Other things:

Reliable transportation is a must. we typically are available to work from 8 to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

I’m not a STEM major?

While we give preference to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) majors, we are always willing to interview to help see if you’re a fit. If you’re great with students and have a solid understanding of tech (or interest and willpower), then come apply!
